Getting Started & The Trial
What is Crittiks?
Crittiks is a business platform that combines Sales (CRM), Projects, Communications, Finance, Admin (documents and e-signature), and AI into one workspace, sold in flat-priced tiers rather than per-seat, per-feature pricing.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Platinum tier, giving full access to every suite at Platinum’s full capacity, so you can properly evaluate the platform before choosing a paid tier.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes. A valid card is required to activate the 14-day trial, but no charge is made during those 14 days. You’ll see the exact plan you’ll move to and the exact date of your first charge before your card is used for anything.
What happens when my trial ends?
The plan you picked when you signed up (Pro, Platinum or Diamond) starts, and your first charge is taken then. Change plan or cancel any time during the 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is ever charged. For Enterprise, talk to us.
Can I extend my trial?
Trial extensions aren’t offered as standard. If you need more time to evaluate before committing, contact hello@crittiks.com.
Do I need to enter payment details again after the trial if I choose a paid plan?
No — the card used to activate your trial is the same card charged once you select a paid tier, unless you update your payment method beforehand.
Pricing & Plans
What are the pricing tiers?
Pro at $99.95/month (8 seats), Platinum at $139.95/month (15 seats), Diamond at $179.95/month (30 seats, plus a meeting note-taker, QR codes, digital business cards and website-connected forms), and Enterprise at custom pricing for more than 40 people.
What’s the actual difference between the tiers?
Both include every suite — Sales, Projects, Communications, Finance, Admin, and AI. The difference is capacity: Pro includes 8 seats, 3 connected mailboxes, and 500 AI credits per month. Platinum includes 15 seats, 8 connected mailboxes, 2,000 AI credits per month, and custom access roles, which Pro doesn’t offer. Diamond includes 30 seats, 9 connected mailboxes and 3,200 AI credits, and adds the meeting note-taker, QR codes, digital business cards and website-connected forms.
Do all tiers include all six suites?
Yes. Every paid tier (Pro, Platinum, Diamond and Enterprise) includes all six suites. You never pay extra to unlock a suite. Tiers differ in capacity, and Diamond adds four extra tools.
What’s Enterprise, exactly?
Enterprise is for teams of more than 40 people, or with needs the other tiers don’t cover. It includes everything in Diamond, mailboxes and AI credits sized to your team, unlimited signature envelopes and a dedicated account manager. Pricing is custom: talk to us and we’ll size it with you.
Is annual billing cheaper than monthly?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% against the monthly rate on Pro, Platinum and Diamond.
Are there setup fees?
No, on any tier.
Is pricing different for different industries or business types?
No. Every business — regardless of industry — chooses from the same Pro, Platinum, Diamond or Enterprise structure.
Can I see a demo of the pricing calculator before signing up?
Yes — the savings calculator on our homepage and pricing page lets you enter your team size and see an estimated cost comparison and time-savings estimate before you commit to anything.
Add-Ons & Usage Limits
What happens if I need more seats than my tier includes?
Each tier takes add-on seats at $8/month each, up to a cap: Pro up to 10 seats, Platinum up to 19, Diamond up to 40. Past 40, Enterprise is the right fit.
What happens if I need more connected mailboxes?
On Pro, add up to 2 extra mailboxes at $5/month each (5 total). Platinum includes 8 and Diamond includes 9. Enterprise mailboxes are sized to your team.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
Add AI credits at $10 per 1,000: up to 1,000 extra on Pro (1,500 total) and Platinum (3,000 total), and up to 2,000 extra on Diamond (5,200 total). Enterprise credits are sized to your team.
Why does Pro have a cap on add-ons?
The cap exists so add-ons stay a genuine top-up rather than a way to quietly rebuild Platinum’s capacity piece by piece at a worse price. Once your needs approach Platinum’s actual allowances, upgrading is the better value — the cap makes sure that happens rather than letting you overpay for add-ons indefinitely.
What happens to unused add-ons if I upgrade tiers?
Add-ons are specific to the tier you’re on. When you upgrade from Pro to Platinum, Platinum’s included allowance applies first; any add-ons you were paying for on Pro are removed and you can add on again from Platinum’s baseline if you still need more.
Do signature envelopes have a limit?
Yes: 50 a month on Pro, 250 on Platinum, 500 on Diamond and unlimited on Enterprise. Envelopes beyond your allowance are $0.35 each.
Is there a limit on file storage?
Crittiks doesn’t aim to lock your files into its own storage. Connections to your own Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox are coming soon, so storage will be governed by your own plan with those providers.
Billing & Payment
How am I billed?
Through Stripe, either monthly or annually depending on your choice at signup. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. Crittiks does not see or store your full card number.
Can I change my billing cycle from monthly to annual (or back)?
Yes — you can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings. Switching to annual applies the 20% discount from your next billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails?
We’ll notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If the amount remains unpaid after a reasonable grace period, your workspace may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Will I be notified before a price increase?
Yes — we provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect, and it applies from your next renewal after that notice period, not retroactively.
Can I get an invoice for my Crittiks subscription?
Yes — invoices for your Crittiks subscription are available in your billing settings and are also emailed automatically each billing cycle.
Does Crittiks charge GST or sales tax?
For customers billed with an Australian billing address, GST is added to the listed price in accordance with Australian tax law. For customers outside Australia, listed prices are exclusive of any local taxes, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any time from your account billing settings. No need to contact support unless you’d prefer to.
What happens to my access after I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. You are not cut off immediately, and you will not be charged again after cancelling.
Can I cancel during my free trial?
Yes — cancelling during the trial means you’re simply not charged when the trial ends, since no charge occurs during the trial regardless.
Will I lose my data if I cancel?
Not immediately. You can export all of your workspace’s data before or after cancelling. If you delete your workspace entirely, it enters a 14-day grace period during which it can still be restored, after which it’s permanently deleted.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
A formal pause feature isn’t currently offered. If you need temporary downtime, cancelling and later reactivating (with a fresh trial or direct tier selection) is the available option — contact support@crittiks.com to discuss your specific situation.
Refunds
Is my payment refundable if I cancel partway through a billing period?
No — fees already paid are non-refundable for the current billing period, except where a refund is required by law (such as the Australian Consumer Law) or other applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
What if I was charged in error?
Contact support@crittiks.com immediately with your account details — billing errors are investigated and corrected promptly.
Do you offer refunds for annual plans if I cancel early?
No — annual subscriptions follow the same non-refundable policy as monthly ones for the period already paid, except where required by law.
Is the 14-day trial refundable?
There’s nothing to refund during the trial — no charge occurs during the 14 days, so cancelling during that window simply means you’re never charged.
Features & Functionality
What’s included in the Sales suite?
Contacts, companies, deals, custom pipelines, lead capture forms, quotes with e-signature, and email tracking across any connected mailbox.
What’s included in the Projects suite?

Real-time channels, direct messages, threads, one-click video huddles, calendar sync (Google Calendar or Outlook), and client-facing channels.
What’s included in the Admin suite?
E-signature with full audit trail and Certificate of Completion, a documents hub, a subscriptions register, and an encrypted credentials vault.
What’s included in the Finance suite?
Branded invoices, automatic payment reminders, online payment via your own connected Stripe account, and two-way sync with Xero or QuickBooks.
What does the AI suite actually do?
A daily briefing summarizing what needs attention across your business, one-click task generation from a project brief, and automatic lead grading based on transparent rules.
Does Crittiks have a client portal?
Yes, included on every tier. Clients see a filtered view of their own projects, invoices, quotes, agreements, documents, and a channel to message your team — nothing else in your workspace.
Where are my files stored?
Documents you upload, such as agreements, are kept in your Crittiks workspace. Connections to your own Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox are coming soon.
Can I send contracts for e-signature?
Yes — directly from a deal in Sales or from Admin. Every signed document includes a full audit trail (signer name, email, IP address, device, timestamp) and a Certificate of Completion.
Are Crittiks e-signatures legally binding?
They’re standard electronic signatures, accepted for ordinary commercial contracts in most jurisdictions, with a full audit trail. They don’t verify signer identity and aren’t certified or qualified digital signatures — for documents requiring that level of assurance, a different signing method may be required.
Does Crittiks sync with Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes, both ways — invoices, customers, and payments stay current in both systems automatically.
Can customers pay their invoices online?
Yes, by card, directly through your own connected Stripe account. Crittiks takes no transaction fee.
Do you offer time tracking?
Not at launch. Estimates, budgets, and hourly rates are included in Projects today; live timers and detailed timesheets are on the post-launch roadmap.
Do you offer marketing or social media tools?
Not yet. Marketing (content calendar, social publishing) is on the roadmap after launch and is never presented as available before it actually ships.
Do you offer HR or payroll features?
Not yet. HR & Workforce (timesheets, attendance, leave, payroll) is on the post-launch roadmap.
Is there a mobile app?
No — Crittiks is a responsive web app that works in any phone browser, so there’s nothing separate to install.
Is there an API?
Not currently offered.
Can I connect my own AI model?
Not at this time — AI features run on Crittiks’ built-in AI credit system.
Migration & Data Import
Can I import my existing CRM or project tool?
Yes, for free — HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Asana, ClickUp, monday.com, Trello, and Jira are all supported migration sources.
How does migration actually work?
Connect your existing account, preview what will be imported, run a small sample batch first to check it looks right, then complete the full migration. If something doesn’t look right, the import can be undone.
Will I lose any data during migration?
The preview-and-sample process is designed to catch problems before a full migration commits. Custom automations or workflows specific to your old tool’s structure don’t transfer automatically and would need to be rebuilt in Crittiks.
Can I migrate from a tool that isn’t on the supported list?
Contact support@crittiks.com to discuss your specific situation — some migrations outside the standard list may be possible on a case-by-case basis.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256-GCM for secrets and credentials), every workspace is isolated at the database level, and two-factor authentication is available on every account. See our full Security Policy for details.
Who can see my workspace’s data?
Only members you’ve invited to your workspace, according to the access roles you set. Crittiks staff do not access your data except for support purposes you’ve requested, or as required by law — and any such access is logged in the audit trail.
Does Crittiks sell my data?
No, never, under any circumstances.
Does Crittiks use my data to train AI models?
No. AI features send only the specific request context needed to our AI provider (Anthropic), which processes it under a commercial agreement that excludes using it for model training.
What happens to my data if I close my account?
You can export everything before closing. After closing, your workspace enters a 14-day grace period during which it can be restored, after which it’s permanently deleted except where retention is legally required.
Is Crittiks GDPR compliant?
Crittiks supports EU/UK customers as part of its global service, with the relevant provisions (legal basis, data subject rights, transfer mechanisms, breach notification timelines) built into our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. See our GDPR/UK GDPR summary page for details.
How do I request my data be deleted or corrected?
Contact support@crittiks.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.
Support
How do I get help?
Email support@crittiks.com, or chat live with support directly inside your workspace.
What are your support hours?
Support is provided on a best-efforts basis via email and live chat; a formal service level agreement isn’t currently offered.
Can I talk to someone before I sign up?
Yes. Save a seat at our weekly Q&A webinar at crittiks.com/webinar, or send us a message from the Contact page.
How do I reach sales or ask about Enterprise pricing?
Use the form on our Contact page or email hello@crittiks.com.
How do I give feedback or suggest a feature?
Use the suggestion box on our Contact page — every note goes directly to the team building the product, not into a general queue.
Support, data and switching
What support do you offer, and is there an uptime guarantee?
Support is by email (support@crittiks.com) and live chat inside the platform, on a best-efforts basis. We don’t offer a formal service level agreement yet. Independent uptime monitoring checks that the background services that send emails, signing requests and reminders are running.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes. You can export your workspace’s data before or after cancelling. If you close the workspace, it stays restorable for 14 days before it’s deleted.
What can you migrate, and from where?
Free guided migration covers HubSpot, Pipedrive, monday.com, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira and spreadsheets. You preview the import before anything moves and can undo it. Each migration guide lists exactly which records move and any limits.
Where is my data hosted?
The application and database run on DigitalOcean in Bangalore, India. Files, signed agreements and attachments are stored on DigitalOcean Spaces in Singapore. The full list of providers is on our Subprocessors page.
Do you hold security certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
Not at this stage. Our Security Policy describes the controls we run: workspace isolation at the database level, encryption in transit, AES-256-GCM encryption for stored secrets, two-factor authentication and a full audit trail.
How does Crittiks compare with HubSpot, Asana or monday.com?
See our side-by-side comparisons on the blog at crittiks.com/blog/compare, grouped by the tool you’re replacing.
